APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Vancouver

We had a hard time getting into an apartment being first time renters. We toured Veri 1319 and it was the most spacious apartment we had seen yet. Comes with a laundry room in every unit, multiple storage closets, pantry’s and affordable covered parking! Not to mention the location is really convenient when needing to commute to Portland. The kitchen has so much counter space and everywhere but the bedroom is hard wood flooring. It’s a smaller complex so it’s definitely less chaotic than our past experiences. Corianna and Jen helped us get in within a week, they explained every step we needed to make it work and made sure we could have our own lease. We definitely love it so far! Thank you to the office staff for being so kind and helping us move in by our deadline.

I had such an incredible move in experience at Veri 1319!! Corianna, the property manager is the most sweetest, accommodating and professional person and she made my experience moving in so pleasant. Moving is a stressful event but Corianna was available and happy to answer any of my questions with such a great attitude. When I did my first walk through of the apartment I was going to rent I was very unhappy with the washer and she went out of her way to advocate for me to get it replaced and made me feel heard and cared for. Pavil is one of the matinance workers and he went above and beyond to make sure my apartment was ready in time for my move in date and was so friendly that I felt right at home on the property immediately. The neighbors are very friendly and the property is very clean and well kept. I’m so glad that I made this move and am very happy with the staff!! Yay!! 😀 highly recommend!
