I had such an incredible move in experience at Veri 1319!! Corianna, the property manager is the most sweetest, accommodating and professional person and she made my experience moving in so pleasant. Moving is a stressful event but Corianna was available and happy to answer any of my questions with such a great attitude. When I did my first walk through of the apartment I was going to rent I was very unhappy with the washer and she went out of her way to advocate for me to get it replaced and made me feel heard and cared for. Pavil is one of the matinance workers and he went above and beyond to make sure my apartment was ready in time for my move in date and was so friendly that I felt right at home on the property immediately. The neighbors are very friendly and the property is very clean and well kept. I’m so glad that I made this move and am very happy with the staff!! Yay!! 😀 highly recommend!

Came to help quickly and so far no issues with the dishwasher.

My wife & I had a 1 yr contract at Veri 1319. We never had any issues with management or neighbors. Parking was great! If we stayed longer in this state, we would have renewed here in a heartbeat for many reasons!

They are very helpful and flexible with the new tenants.
